All our affiliates are licensed to act and advise and have full professional indemnity insurance cover in the jurisdiction in which they operate. It is for this reason that the contract to provide your legal services is between yourself as the client and the appropriate Affiliate who is allocated your matter.

This appointment is a separate appointment for each matter with which you may be dealing.
It is governed by the law of the jurisdiction where the transaction is taking place. Please read the terms of such appointments carefully and if you are unsure or feel that you require advice please contact your appointed affiliate directly.

You may have accessed our web site directly and may not yet be allocated an affiliate. If you have "Loaded" your contract details and specifically if you have selected any "special conditions" you should be aware that there may be conditions and circumstances that er are unaware of that may affect your contract.
